About Westlake Golf Club
Westlake Golf Club is a championship golf course located in Cape Town, South Africa. It was designed by Peter Matkovich and opened in 1932. The course is set against the beautiful backdrop of the Silvermine Mountains and offers stunning views of False Bay. The course is known for its tree-lined fairways, undulating greens, and well-manicured bunkers. It plays as a par 72 and measures 6,718 meters from the back tees. The course is challenging for golfers of all skill levels but also offers a fun and enjoyable golfing experience. Westlake Golf Club has been the host of many professional and amateur tournaments over the years, including the South African PGA Championship.
