Cherry Valley Country Club is a private golf club located in Garden City, New York. It was founded in 1916 and designed by golf course architect Devereux Emmet. The club boasts a championship 18-hole golf course, as well as tennis courts, swimming pools, and a clubhouse. Cherry Valley has hosted several notable golf events, including the 1930 PGA Championship and the 1956 U.S. Women's Open. The club has been recognized for its commitment to environmental sustainability, receiving the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary designation in 2001.
