About Ellis Golf Course
The Ellis Golf Course, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is a public 18-hole golf course with a par of 71. The course was designed by William B. Langford and Theodore Moreau and originally opened in 1920. It is named after George Ellis, a local businessman and avid golfer who was instrumental in the establishment of the course. Ellis Golf Course offers a challenging layout with a mix of open and tree-lined fairways, as well as a variety of water hazards and bunkers.
