Gowrie Farm Golf Club, located in Nottingham Road, South Africa, offers a classically designed 18-hole course inspired by traditional Scottish and early American layouts. Designed by Pietermaritzburg attorney Guy Smith, the course features natural fairway shapes, push-up greens with interesting run-offs, and bunkers strategically placed close to the greens. Originally a 9-hole course, it expanded to 18 holes in early 2024, continuing its legacy of providing a traditional and challenging golfing experience.
