About Abu Dhabi Golf Club
Abu Dhabi Golf Club is a world-renowned golf course located in the city of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. It was designed by the famous golf course architect, Peter Harradine and opened in 2000. It is an 18-hole championship golf course, which is carved out of the desert landscape and has a stunning view of the Abu Dhabi skyline. The course features several unique features, including seven saltwater lakes, 90 bunkers, and over 10,000 trees. The signature hole of the course is the 18th, which is a 610-yard par-5, which requires a drive over a lake and then approach to an island green. Abu Dhabi Golf Club is known for hosting several prestigious golf events, including the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, which is part of the European Tour.
