Hanao Country Club, established in 1977 and designed by Masashi Sato, is a scenic 27-hole golf course located in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. Situated on a gentle hill at 200 meters elevation, it offers a spacious and mostly flat layout that welcomes players of all levels, from beginners to seniors and veterans. The course is divided into three sections—East, Middle, and West—with wide fairways and distinctive holes featuring valleys and water hazards. Golfers can choose to play with a caddie or use a riding cart for a self-guided round. Convenient access by car and public transport makes it an attractive golfing spot in the Chubu region.
