Established in 1986, Firethorn Golf Club in Lincoln, Nebraska, is a premier private country club featuring the state's only Pete Dye-designed course. Renowned for its challenging layout, the club has hosted numerous prestigious tournaments, including the NCAA Division III Men's National Championship and the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship. The course is characterized by deep pot bunkers, water hazards, and a variety of hole designs that test golfers of all skill levels.
