The Victoria Golf Club was founded in 1903 and is one of the oldest and most prestigious golf clubs in Australia. It is located in Cheltenham, Victoria, just 25 minutes south-east of Melbourne's CBD. The club has hosted several major golf championships, including the Australian Open, and has been consistently ranked as one of the top golf courses in Australia. The course was designed by renowned golf course architect Alister MacKenzie, who also designed some of the world's most famous courses, including Augusta National Golf Club. The Victoria Golf Club has a rich history and is known for its challenging layout, stunning natural scenery, and exclusive membership.
