Pasatiempo Golf Club, located in Santa Cruz, California, is a historic 18-hole course designed by renowned architect Alister MacKenzie in 1929. MacKenzie, who also designed Augusta National and Cypress Point, considered Pasatiempo his favorite layout and even made his American home adjacent to the sixth fairway. The course is known for its challenging design, frequent elevation changes, and imaginative bunkering, offering stunning views of Monterey Bay. Pasatiempo has hosted USGA Championships, including the 1986 U.S. Women's Amateur and the 2004 U.S. Senior Women's Amateur.
