About Willbrook Plantation Golf Club
Willbrook Plantation Golf Club is located in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, and has been rated the 50th best public golf course in the U.S. by Golf Digest. The course was designed by golf course architect Dan Maples and opened in 1988.
The course is situated on a former rice plantation and features several natural wetlands and ponds, as well as mature hardwood forests. Golfers can enjoy scenic views of marshes and the Waccamaw River while playing on the course.
Willbrook Plantation Golf Club is known for its unique holes, including the par-5 15th hole, which requires golfers to hit over a marsh to reach the green. The course also features several dogleg holes and challenging greens.
In addition to the golf course, Willbrook Plantation Golf Club offers a driving range, putting green, and a clubhouse with a restaurant and pro shop. The course is open year-round and is a popular destination for golfers visiting Myrtle Beach.
