About Bartow Golf Course
Bartow Golf Course, affectionately known as 'The TOW,' is a historic 18-hole, par-72 course in Bartow, Florida. Originally opened as a 9-hole course in 1919, it expanded to 18 holes in 1926 with a design influenced by Donald Ross. The course features four sets of tees ranging from 5,200 to 6,600 yards, offering a traditional links-style experience amidst scenic oaks and wildlife, with challenging greens and strategic water hazards. It has hosted the Youth Villa Classic for over 50 years, supporting the Sheriff's Youth Ranch in Bartow.
