Bramley is a village located in the borough of Guildford in Surrey, England. It is situated approximately 3 miles south-west of Guildford town centre and has a population of around 3,500 people. The village has a rich history dating back to the Norman era and contains several historic buildings, including 16th-century Bramley Mill and St. Catherine's Chapel, which dates back to the 14th century. Bramley is also known for its annual village fair, which takes place on the first Monday in August and features live music, food stalls, and a procession through the village. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside, including the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and offers a peaceful and rural way of life for its residents.
