Golfclub Kleiburg, established in 1974 as the Netherlands' first public golf course, is located in Brielle between the Brielse Meer and the Hartelkanaal. The 18-hole, par-72 course offers a diverse landscape with parkland features, water hazards, and links-style holes influenced by the nearby dikes. Renovated in 2009 by architect Bruno Steensels, the course now ranks among the top 50 in the Netherlands.
