About Florence Golf Links (Sandpines)
Florence Golf Links, also known as Sandpines, is a public golf course located in Florence, Oregon. The course was designed by the award-winning golf course architect Rees Jones and opened in 1993. It features 18 holes of championship golf and is known for its challenging and scenic layout. The course is set amongst towering sand dunes and old growth forest, with views of the Pacific Ocean in the distance. In addition to the golf course, Florence Golf Links also offers a full-service pro shop, practice facilities, and a restaurant and bar. It has been recognized as one of the best public golf courses in Oregon and is a popular destination for golfers of all skill levels.
